Trans-Port uses company, contact, vehicle and driver information to arrange and record freight movements. Operational contacts and exact load addresses are shared with the awarded transporter; they are excluded from pre-award load listings.

Address searches and route estimates send address or coordinate information to our mapping provider. Displaying a map requests map tiles for the area you are viewing. Your device location is requested only when you choose “Use my current location”; it is not continuously tracked by the load-posting form.

Compliance records, uploaded documents and driver identification are restricted to authorised company and platform users. Access and operational changes are audited.

Use the Support screen to request access, correction or removal of personal information. Some operational and billing records may need to be retained. The operator must supply its final retention schedule, responsible-party details and privacy contact before public launch.
